Having An Attitude For Gratitude

As I have written about before, if you are grateful for 3-5 things a day, it strengthens your immune system.  It also breaks up negative think that we all get into once in a while. When you do get caugh in negative thinking, I suggest that, as soon as you notice it, shift to expressing your gratitude.  That breaks up the negative pattern and changes your brain to a positive pattern.
